We are a Non-political Women-Led Organization that is committed to approaches that advance the rights of women, youth and girls. It focuses on women’s participation in leadership and governance; Women, Peace and Security; Women Economic Empowerment; and Gender-Based Violence. RWH challenges the root causes of poverty among women through mentorship and coaching in business development skills (BDS) to facilitate meaningful generation of incomes and enhanced livelihood security. It leverages local philanthropic, impact investing and capacity building strategies to deliver targeted outcomes for women, youth and girls. RWH is committed to sustain the strengthened capacities of women’s movements, particularly the qualitative transformation and empowerment
